Policy
If you believe you have received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturer defect, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order at curvythingz@gmail.com or it cannot be returned - No Exceptions. A photo of the incorrect item/manufacturer defect must be included in your email.
Once we’ve reviewed the photos and it has been determined that the item is defective, we will email you a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back and will ship out the correct/new item(s) once we receive your return. If the item is not in the same condition as it was when it left our warehouse it will not be accepted. We will not accept any items that have been ripped/torn/come apart at the seam when trying an item on or holes made to items when opening packages with scissors - this is not a manufacturer defect.
STORE CREDIT
All returned merchandise is for store credit only and does not include original shipping costs.
All returns must be postmarked within 15 calendar days of the delivery date provided by USPS with original tags still attached. Items that appear worn/washed, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant, or other odors, have animal hair or have been damaged by you will not be accepted. Swimwear must still have liners attached. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
FINAL SALE
Merchandise listed in the Clearance section of our website is Final Sale, is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment. Merchandise ending in $.99 indicates that it is a final sale item.
If your return does not meet the above return guidelines or will not be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date posted by USPS, please DO NOT attempt to return it. You will be responsible to pay the additional shipping costs to send back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 15 calendar days of our receipt.
ACCESSORIES
Sunglasses, hats, jewelry, socks, adhesive body tape, sticky bras & scarves are not returnable.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We do our best to process all orders within 24-48 business hours or less. If you need to make a change to your order please contact us at 803-460-5731 immediately after placing your order and we’d be happy to assist you in making any changes, provided your order has not yet processed. Orders that have begun processing may not be modified or cancelled.
How will I know if an item I want is restocked?
Sign up to receive our restock notifications. Clicking the size you need and entering your email address. We work hard to restock hot items and will notify you via e-mail if we are able to restock them.
I’m a local customer, can I pick my order up at the Boutique?
Yes, we offer warehouse pickup for our local customers. Just select Boutique Pick-Up as your shipping option at checkout.

We are open 7 days a week 9am-5pm EST. We are working hard to guarantee safety delivery on time! But due to social distancing and keeping our staff safe the handling time will add 3 - 5 days.
Receiving time = Handling time + Shipping time

ABOUT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
You’re billing and mailing address must be a complete match. If it's not a complete match you may be asked to verify your order. Fraudulent transactions will be cancelled.
Please make sure your address is correct (Please write your complete address includes Apt# Street City and State. Once shipped you'll be responsible to contact the shipping company to make changes to your order.
Additional shipping charges caused by address modification or special address which do not include in Free Shipping Service will be paid by customers.
For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your mobile number and recheck the address during checkout process. Unsuccessful delivery caused by unavailable mobile/address cannot be compensated.
For express service, DHL will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation E-mail to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation E-mail with tracking#.
Curves&Thingz is not responsible for shipping times so do not ask for refunds just because an order arrived later than expected. Curves&Thingz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (eg:1-800-275-8777).
